A tall growing annual producing long racemes of cone-shaped green bells along the stems.
Sow: Spring & autumn but best germination is often in autumn.
How: Sow in either seed trays & prick out, or sow where they are to flower outside. Sow 1cm deep and cover with seed vermiculite or soil. Germination takes around 21 days.
Plant Where: Full sun.
Spacing: Transplant to 20cm spacings.
Height: 60cm x 30cm
Growing Tips: Protect from slugs & snails when young. A very different looking flower for arranging. Pick when in full bloom.
